Requirements

Responsibilities

The Skills Strategy Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients, orchestrating end-to-end deployments from onboarding to sustained adoption. They will act as a Skills Strategist, advising executives on workforce transformation and AI readiness, and leveraging AI capabilities to co-design custom skills assessments and transformation programs. Responsibilities include providing data-driven, AI-powered recommendations, owning the full lifecycle of customer value delivery, leading cross-functional teams for deployments, tracking deployment success metrics, and driving sustained engagement through targeted interventions and change management. The role also involves building trusted relationships with senior leaders, delivering strategic updates and business reviews, partnering with Sales for expansion opportunities, serving as a customer advocate to influence product roadmaps, contributing to internal best practices, and mentoring peers.
