The Skills Strategy Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients, orchestrating end-to-end deployments from onboarding to sustained adoption. The role also involves building trusted relationships with senior leaders, delivering strategic updates and business reviews, partnering with Sales for expansion opportunities, serving as a customer advocate to influence product roadmaps, contributing to internal best practices, and mentoring peers.
