Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, hospitality, customer service, or other service-based industries
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with the ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the Blueprint scheduling system
  • Monitor data feeds and integrations; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors promptly
  • Maintain user access, permissions, and security protocols in collaboration with IT and HR
  • Oversee system version updates, including testing, validation, and internal release communications
  • Update and manage personnel attributes within the system, including location, skills, titles, and pay rates
  • Create and deliver training materials and best practices for internal users of Blueprint
  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the Workforce team inbox; escalate issues as needed
  • Provide direct support to studio teams in resolving scheduling-related issues
  • Ensure studios are equipped with the necessary resources, tools, and documentation to implement workforce planning successfully
  • Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations
  • Collaborate closely with the Workforce Management team on strategic initiatives that support overall business goals
