Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Alterra Experiences division's objectives to drive top-line revenue growth and long-term profitability across all customer segments and channels
  • Champion implementation of effective initiatives, support organizational change, remove barriers, and ensure resources for initiatives
  • Lead and implement a new organizational structure that enables scalable commercial resources across both CMH Heli Skiing and Mike Wiegele Heli Skiing (MWHS)
  • Champion a guest-centric culture across all guest journey touchpoints to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
  • Working with VP Sales and sales team, lead, scale, and optimize sales strategy to maximize impact for CMH and MWHS
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, new market opportunities, and customer segments
  • Work with internal and external sales professionals
