Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Sales Specialist will focus on building strategic relationships with customers to drive near-term revenue and develop new opportunities for organic growth. This role involves applying sales experience, bioproduction process knowledge, product expertise, and market intelligence to grow sales and profitability within the Central Region of EMEA, with a focus on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce, collaborating with Account Managers and Field Application Specialists, supporting channel sales, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, assisting with sales and account planning, developing technical solutions for complex opportunities, attending technical collaboration visits, and providing post-sales product support to ensure customer satisfaction.
