Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining customer-facing product features, experience with TypeScript, React, and Python, and a desire to learn and work across the team’s entire tech stack. Experience with LLM prompt tuning, writing production Python, working with Google Cloud Services, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will build new features for Replicant’s Conversation Intelligence product, refactor, optimize, and debug existing code, provide code reviews, lead technical projects, participate in regular on-call rotations, use metrics and team experience to drive development decisions, collaborate with the team to manage and prioritize work, share passion for learning, and identify and drive the adoption of best practices and design patterns.
