Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia: This role entails managing and growing our current channel partner relationships, developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of each partner's unique market positioning, and fostering revenue growth through strategic collaborations. As an integral part of our newly established Life Sciences Division, the Partnership Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Delivery, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing and expanding Life Sciences channel partnerships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of life sciences & pharmaceutical end-users.
  • Ability to articulate real-world data (RWD) use cases across a wide range of medical, R&D, and commercial topics across therapeutic areas.
  • Aptitude for strategic planning and execution, considering market position, end customer use case, 3rd party partner landscape, and partner’s own growth plan.
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with the ecosystem including:
    • EMR vendors (e.g., Truven, Veradigm)
    • Real-world data marketplaces (e.g., Healthverity)
    • Data aggregators (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo)
    • Datavant’s tokenization

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing current channel partner relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of each partner's unique market positioning.
  • Fostering revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Engineering, Data, and Marketing).
  • Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current partner landscape.
  • Developing a detailed strategic plan for managing and optimizing current partnerships.
  • Initiating joint projects or co-development initiatives with existing partners.
  • Creating a recurring meeting and reporting cadence with each key partner.
  • Operationalizing joint go-to-market efforts.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 Months:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Arcadia's offerings, distinct advantages, and market positioning to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
  • Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and current channel partners, setting the stage for effective collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current partner landscape, identifying areas for optimization and growth with current partners.
  • Develop a detailed strategic plan for managing and optimizing current partnerships, ensuring that we are taking advantage of every opportunity to drive mutual success with our partners.

In 6 Months:

  • Demonstrate progress in deepening relationships with existing partners by initiating at least one significant joint project or co-development initiative.
  • Create a recurring meeting and reporting cadence with each key partner to operationalize our joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Successfully navigate complex negotiations and build robust, data-driven relationships.
