Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in partnership development, preferably within the Life Sciences industry. They should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences market, including pharmaceutical and medical end-users, and possess strong knowledge of real-world data (RWD) use cases across various therapeutic areas. Familiarity with EMR vendors (like Truven and Veradigm), real-world data marketplaces (like Healthverity and IQVIA), and data aggregators (like Komodo and Datavant) is essential.

Responsibilities

The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Arcadia’s current channel partner relationships, developing a deep understanding of each partner’s market positioning, and fostering revenue growth through strategic collaborations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Delivery, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, to develop and execute strategic partnership plans. The role involves conducting assessments of the partner landscape, creating strategic plans for optimization, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Furthermore, they will oversee joint projects and co-development initiatives, implement recurring meeting and reporting cadences, and articulate the value of partnerships to drive mutual success.
