Requirements

  • NZ Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency
  • Proven experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applications
  • Familiar with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations
  • Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration patterns
  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels, understanding their business drivers and translating them into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex solution challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support across platform, including solution design, configuration and integrations
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and customer requirements
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how Azure and D365 solutions can solve their business challenges
  • Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments to shape solution roadmaps and implementation strategies
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders
  • Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to internal best practices, knowledge bases, and delivery frameworks
  • Stay up to date with advancements in cloud technologies (Azure) and enterprise applications (D365, Power Platform), applying new tools and methods to customer solutions
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer environments and drive additional value through innovation
