Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software engineering environment
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception through launch
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, pragmatic problem-solving, and sound technical judgment
  • Experience building KPI frameworks, experimentation plans, and executive-ready reporting to quantify productivity, quality, and user adoption improvements

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional execution and delivery of projects within the Platform organization for Core Services, Data, and Infrastructure
  • Manage project schedules, identify risks and dependencies, and develop strategies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Core Services, Data, and Infrastructure ensuring alignment on program goals, milestones, and technical requirements
  • Track and report on project/program progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the strategic planning, objective setting, and technical roadmap
  • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks and dependencies, coordinating across organizational boundaries
