Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience with data science
Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Open AI, Azure AI Search, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Power BI
Strong problem-solving, programming, and communication skills
Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to meet with clients to determine needs and/or identify problem areas
Open to ~10% travel

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data science projects
Extract insights from large datasets and develop data-driven solutions
Build predictive models and other analytical solutions
Apply statistical and machine learning methods to analyze large, complex data sets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Develop complex algorithms and statistical predictive models
Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data
Deliver actionable guidance and recommendations to stakeholders
Act as the subject matter expert on solutions produced
Participate in the execution and planning of data capture strategies
Run ad-hoc data extracts and automate those needs
Perform highly complex, technical, and creative predictive analytics projects
Manage project timelines and communicate project status
Stay abreast of architectural/industry changes
Continuously improve Team processes
Ensure best practices are followed and business objectives are achieved
May be responsible for the development of Statements of Work and Proposals
