Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in the Higher Education Industry and 5 or more years working with Technolutions Slate CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency. Required qualifications include the ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, and create reports and dashboards using CRM tools. Proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating CRM software, along with experience developing HTML content, is necessary. Candidates should be able to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions, and make recommendations for improvement. Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements is essential. The role requires experience building and managing integrations with third-party admissions applications and with Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems. Consulting experience focused on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency is also required, as is the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach are necessary. Candidates must be able to travel over 25%. Preferred qualifications include experience managing project-based work and experience with other CRMs such as Ellucian CRM Advance or Recruit, Microsoft Dynamics, Element 451, or Salesforce.
Consultants will collaborate with higher education clients to design, configure, and implement innovative Slate CRM solutions that support enrollment, communication, and student success strategies. They will provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting, including training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients. Responsibilities include analyzing current business practices and making recommendations to leverage technology tools to improve business processes for admissions, retention, and advancement. Consultants must be able to adapt to varying challenges and user knowledge levels. The role involves significant client-facing engagement and potential travel.
