Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements for Operations, Hardware, and Software teams. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Source candidates through direct channels and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS. Align recruiting priorities with business objectives, support employer branding efforts, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
