Candidates must possess over 5 years of total sales or account management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in recruiting and managing service provider partners within the backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies sectors. A strong understanding of strategic business development, planning, and sales implementation is required, alongside technical aptitude for product training and positioning. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications like Salesforce is essential. Frequent regional travel, up to 50%, is expected. Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
The Strategic Partner Manager will establish, manage, and grow Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners, driving incremental Annual Recurring Revenue through sales initiatives. Responsibilities include training, onboarding, and enabling new and prospective service providers, as well as delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts. The role involves conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Sessions, recruiting and onboarding MSP partners, and enabling cross-functional cooperation between internal teams and Acronis executives. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with Service Providers to increase adoption of Acronis Cyber Protection services among their customer base and ensure seamless account management and communication across sales, marketing, finance, business development, engineering, and operations departments.
