  • MSP Business Growth: Spearhead MSP business growth through strategic aggregator partnerships, optimizing consumption-based licensing models, and implementing automated solutions to streamline partner operations and accelerate market adoption.
  • Technical Standards & Quality: Work with technical and partner enablement teams to develop technical certification requirements and assessment playbooks while monitoring partner performance and delivery quality to ensure consistent service delivery across the ecosystem.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report key program KPIs, including revenue, partner adoption, and growth metrics, while delivering quarterly business reviews and implementing process automation initiatives to scale program efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure aligned program execution, while effectively coordinating regional initiatives and driving successful integration of partner programs across the organization.
