Candidates must possess at least 7 years of enterprise software pre-sales experience and 7 years of total experience, including time in a client-facing technical role such as Technical PM or Solution Architect. A Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or technical certification(s) is required, along with expertise in developing solutions on SaaS platform technologies. Experience with API integrations, REST web services, database structure, queries, and designing business process and system integration workflows using tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart is also necessary. A background in successful large technical project implementation as a technical expert or PM is essential.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will act as a technical expert within Experian Partner Solutions, participating in sales calls and client visits to demo platform capabilities and translate client needs into functional requirements. They will design platform solutions for prospective clients, set realistic expectations regarding platform functionality and roadmap, and lead integration discussions. Responsibilities also include conducting formal handoffs to the Client Delivery team, maintaining weekly snapshots of prospects in the sales pipeline, participating in pipeline reviews, updating the corporate knowledge base, and identifying new use cases for the platform while collaborating cross-departmentally to assess their feasibility.
