Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience or 2+ years of implementation experience with a CMS or cloud-based digital experience solution. Foundational knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise-grade CMS systems is required, along with a passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology. Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to C-level executives, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity are also necessary. Willingness to travel up to 30% is expected.

Responsibilities

The AEM Expert Solutions Consultant will lead customer engagements from discovery to guiding existing customers on new features and integrations. Responsibilities include participating in and leading architectural discussions, building complex software demos showcasing advanced use cases in Adobe Experience Manager, and educating customers on integration options via native and custom APIs. The role also involves collaborating with internal partners to understand customer issues and opportunities, and demonstrating thought leadership in the content space through interactions with Adobe Experience Manager Product Management and Engineering.
