Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for collaborating with remote teams and worldwide customers, and the ability to articulate value propositions and technical advantages is crucial. A technical mindset and a desire for technical growth are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. They will own the technical engagement with customers, deliver product and technical presentations, and help close opportunities through competitive knowledge and technical skill. Responsibilities include proactively communicating with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape, driving product conversations based on customer needs, and contributing to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
