Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director, Design will drive the provider experience vision and strategy, partnering with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership to execute this vision across the entire provider lifecycle. They will own the end-to-end design execution for provider products, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and craft quality. Additionally, they will be responsible for growing and managing a high-performing design team.
