Candidates should have extensive experience with PDLC Value and Mutual Success Planning frameworks, a collaborative approach to working with sales leadership on deal strategy and resource prioritization, and the ability to translate business outcomes into value-focused conversations. Proven ability to own and execute end-to-end proof of concept (POC) engagements, mastery of UserTesting, UZ, and EHQ pricing models, and deep platform knowledge with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies are required. Strong project management skills, a growth mindset, and written and verbal fluency in both German and English are also necessary.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will drive value creation through the PDLC Value and Mutual Success Planning framework, partnering with sales leadership to shape deal strategies, prioritize initiatives, and align resources. They will lead complex proof of concept engagements, share best practices across teams, and coach others to elevate performance.
