Requirements

The Senior Sales Operations Manager should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth environment. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) are essential, along with the ability to define and implement sales processes. Experience with deal desk management and sales forecasting is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will define and implement Deal Desk processes, partner with GTM Systems Architect to build these processes in the CRM, manage the deal desk on an ongoing basis, and continuously optimize sales processes. You will support GTM forecasting processes, deliver best-in-class forecasting, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure sales motions align with broader GTM strategy. Additionally, you will own executive-level reporting on pipeline health and sales performance, identify trends, and champion tool adoption and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
