Advanced Excel skills and fluency in business intelligence platforms like PowerBI are essential, as is a builder's mindset, attention to detail, strong communication, collaboration, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sales Operations will architect and lead scalable systems for CRM, forecasting, and project management to enhance sales productivity. This role involves translating sales strategies into cross-functional project plans, owning their completion, and managing the integrity and usage of Nielsen Data, Karma, and VIP iDIG. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales leadership to create repeatable tools for performance tracking and promotional planning, establishing best practices for national accounts, and implementing standardized communication processes across departments. The Director will also lead the development of dashboards and reports in partnership with Insights and Analytics, ensure report accuracy and integration into sales reviews, and provide training on data usage. Additionally, they will establish communication frameworks with Marketing and Operations to minimize execution gaps, optimize SOPs for order delays and product availability, and serve as the primary Sales interface for Ops, Marketing, and Analytics leaders.
