Responsibilities

  • Generate & achieve sales turnover according to set objectives
  • Focus on existing accounts and visit other customers to acquire new customers
  • Analyze and monitor sales and sales data
  • Design territory business plan
  • Implement territory business plan with specific activities for specific accounts
  • Retain and develop current customers
  • Plan activities according to sales data insights
  • Acquire new customers and develop customers
  • Deliver differentiated marketing messages based on customer segmentation
  • Organize or support educational/training events
  • Build and maintain a sustainable network
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for acute products
  • Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and determine their potential
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Communicate competitive activities and customer needs to supervisor (Market Intelligence)
  • Handle complaints according to guidelines
  • Collect information from customers, peers, competitors and structure it intelligently (direct or indirect)
  • Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams for quick customer service
