Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing an international real estate portfolio
  • Proven experience overseeing construction projects with emphasis on code compliance and budget control
  • Experience managing and developing teams of program managers or similar roles
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple cultures and geographies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead Real Estate Portfolio Strategy: Source, negotiate, and manage a diverse international portfolio of Lime’s facilities across North and South America, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cost targets
  • Manage Construction Projects: Oversee planning, permitting, and execution of new facility builds and retrofits, with a focus on compliance with local codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals
  • Drive Budget Discipline: Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, balancing operational requirements with financial responsibility
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of subject matter experts in Real Estate & Construction, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
  • Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Partner with Operations, Legal, T&S, and IT to ensure all facilities meet local building/use codes, environmental regulations, and internal compliance standards
  • Cross-Cultural Leadership: Work effectively across diverse geographies, cultures, and business contexts to deliver solutions tailored to local needs
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Ops leaders, landlords, vendors, city partners, and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor on all real estate and construction matters
  • Innovate in Problem-Solving: Develop creative approaches to address unique real estate and construction challenges, driving continuous improvement and long-term value
