Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will function as an integrated member of the regional sales team, collaborating with Account Executives to co-own sales cycles and provide technical expertise. You will conduct impactful technical presentations and live demonstrations, partner with customers on discovery sessions, assist in RFP responses and solution proposals, and act as a technical consultant, guiding customers and internal teams on CX transformation. Furthermore, you will share insights with regional peers, work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, and address technical objections.
