Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in operations, program/project management, or business operations, ideally within customer support or CX operations in a fast-paced tech/startup environment. Responsibilities

They will also lead the development of critical documentation, serve as a point of contact for CX programs, contribute to the Voice of Customer program, and manage launches and business incidents.
