Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the RingCentral Contact Centre & AI Portfolio, including RingCX, OEM partners, RingSense AI, and a strong understanding of the RingCentral UC portfolio. Experience is required in engaging in business-led conversations with customers and partners to articulate the benefits of the RingCentral CX Portfolio, developing and cultivating relationships with partners, customers, sales, and support teams, and becoming a trusted advisor. The role also requires the ability to flex communication style across different audiences and provide world-class operational and technical support.
The Customer Experience Solutions Engineer will work alongside Account Executives, Channel Partners, and end customers to understand and translate business requirements into beneficial solutions. Responsibilities include partner enablement and training, conducting remote and onsite product demonstrations, and performing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for sales opportunities. Additional duties involve coordinating discovery sessions, creating repeatable sales support collateral and content, performing presentations and demonstrations, maintaining expert understanding of RingCentral products, representing RingCentral at events, acting as a subject matter expert for specific products, providing technical support for RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and managing customer feature requests by documenting requirements, prioritizing them, and driving development with the product team.
