Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required with a Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of experience in a similar role with a Master's degree. Experience in device or clinical sales, working with large health systems in a consultative capacity, or healthcare experience in process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or a clinical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will design and execute solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes by partnering internally and externally with sales teams and key stakeholders at large health systems. They will create and lead end-to-end customer experience strategies, differentiating iRhythm as a trusted partner through operational efficiencies and standardization of care. Responsibilities include aligning with brand priorities, collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams, and prioritizing work to meet business goals. The role also involves understanding sales team business plans to support penetration of large health systems and driving physician adoption.
