Responsibilities

As the Senior Sales Enablement Programs Lead, you will develop and deliver training programs on products, services, and selling techniques to upskill sales teams, align cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, leverage third-party vendors to support enablement initiatives, organize training events and create learning modules, build sales playbooks and best practices, empower sales managers with coaching programs, optimize sales tools like Highspot, SFDC, and Gong, and measure and improve program impact by defining KPIs and refining programs based on feedback and data.
