Requirements

Candidates require a Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, and strategy consulting within the SaaS industry. They must have experience developing and running sales operating rhythms like forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs, and have completed at least 2-3 annual planning cycles. Strong analytical processing, problem-solving, idea synthesis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, including presenting data and insights to sophisticated audiences. The role also demands strong collaboration and partner management skills, resilience, and adaptability. Experience in the CpaaS industry and proficiency with Salesforce, spreadsheets, and Tableau are desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Business Partner will manage the performance of the EMEA sales region and its sub-regions, overseeing GTM operating rhythms including forecast calls, pipeline management, QBRs, and sales performance. They will proactively monitor sales health dashboards, analyze data to create insightful discussion documents for QBRs, manage sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and resolve risks. Responsibilities also include planning sales cycles, focusing on territory carving, analyzing account-level targets, and validating region-level targets. The role involves developing in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth, pulling ad-hoc reports for business needs, and establishing clear roles with GTM Strategy & Operations peers to support revenue generation teams.
