Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional sales and account management.
  • Proven successful experience in medical device or healthcare sales (device, connected device, bio-tech, digital health).
  • Ability to develop relationships with key strategic decision-makers and manage the sales process.
  • Ability to continuously multi-task, be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Critical thinking and strategic skills.
  • Skilled in establishing communication channels and liaising between clients and internal departments.
  • Expert knowledge of strategic, tactical, and consultative sales approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual assigned sales quotas for revenue growth and strategic objectives.
  • Maps out Key Account organization and develops relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Serves as the escalation point and manager of support and service escalations.
  • Provides reporting to cross-functional areas and senior management.
  • Meets and maintains company expectations for average sales pricing and profitability.
  • Completes customer/prospect account plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Works closely with the North America Sales Manager and Product team implementing strategic projects.
  • Increases sales volume for assigned products and markets, aligning with marketing strategies and targets.
  • Identifies and develops customers for existing products to profitably increase sales.
  • Utilizes technical expertise to accelerate product qualification.
  • Identifies and analyzes market information, including pricing dynamics and competitive situation.
  • Maintains accurate record systems for accounts, products, and distributors.
  • Generates new business leads and contacts prospective clients.
  • Handles customer queries and develops innovative solutions.
