Strong critical thinking and strategic skills, along with expertise in consultative sales approaches, are also required, alongside the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
The Senior Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth and strategic objectives within assigned territories or accounts, focusing on key account management, escalation support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This includes meeting assigned sales quotas, mapping out Key Account organizations, serving as an escalation point, providing reporting to management, maintaining customer satisfaction, working with the North America Sales Manager and Product team, increasing sales volume, identifying new business leads, handling customer queries, and utilizing technical expertise to accelerate product qualification.
