The Senior Renewals Manager requires strong customer-facing and presentation skills, executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, and expertise in managing large, complex accounts at the most senior IT and business levels. They must also be able to establish and cultivate positive relationships with existing customers to grow revenue and meet or exceed objectives, as well as demonstrate experience as a people manager and business leader.
This role involves owning and driving the execution of the Enterprise Renewals team, building long-term strategy, operationalizing customer retention and growth, meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals, hiring and mentoring team members, managing day-to-day activities, providing reports and forecasts, and collaborating with marketing, client success, and product management teams to support customer relationships and campaigns.
