Requirements

The Senior Renewals Manager requires strong customer-facing and presentation skills, executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, and expertise in managing large, complex accounts at the most senior IT and business levels. They must also be able to establish and cultivate positive relationships with existing customers to grow revenue and meet or exceed objectives, as well as demonstrate experience as a people manager and business leader.

Responsibilities
