Candidates should have at least 1 year of direct enterprise-level customer success experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals. A strong customer-centric mentality, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence C-level executives are essential. Experience with VoIP technology and advanced network troubleshooting is preferred, as is a BS degree or equivalent education and experience.
The Renewals Customer Success Manager will maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for key customers, acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include quarterbacking internal and external initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands and acting as a sales liaison, and partnering cross-functionally to drive customer success and account growth. The role involves leading the renewals process, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and communicating and resolving risks.
