Requirements

Six or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives, selling technical solutions and software into the enterprise market, and executing enterprise complex sales strategies. Demonstrated experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, data science and/or AI/ML, with a solution-based selling approach and the ability to manage a complex sales process; strong presentation, listening, organizational, and contact management skills. Ability to build and own sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets, leveraging industry, partner, and go-to-market knowledge, and to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships. Experience hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets annually, and a reputation for creating an inclusive work environment with open, honest feedback to foster cross-functional collaboration and long-standing partnerships.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on Snowflake’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers; act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions; qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams; land, adopt, expand, and deepen opportunities with accounts in your region; achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing a regional sales plan and target prospect list; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
