The Renewals Specialist will partner with the Observability Architecture team to renew and potentially upgrade existing customer accounts. They will own the forecasting of renewals, manage a two-quarter renewal pipeline, and collaborate with account teams to develop and execute renewal strategies. Responsibilities also include developing pre-emptive campaigns based on churn request commonalities, improving product adoption, addressing churn risk, and enhancing customer documentation and internal enablement materials.
