Requirements

Responsibilities

The Principal Renewals Manager will maximize retention rate, Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR), and On-Time Renewal (OTR) by managing customer renewals and driving engagement within the renewal framework. Responsibilities include analyzing renewal data to develop strategies, partnering with revenue and customer teams to address risks and identify opportunities, supporting at-risk customers, leading contract renewal negotiations, evaluating license usage, processing true-up requirements, and providing accurate renewal forecasts. The role also involves contributing to renewal process improvements, refining policies, workflows, and tools for scalability.
