Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical and/or performance marketing recruiting experience, strong sourcing and offer negotiation capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions. Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates, partner with leadership to build world-class organizations, define and drive process building, source candidates through various channels, screen resumes and conduct interviews, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build and maintain a talent pipeline, stay updated on industry trends, collaborate with HR and hiring managers, and set up and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
