Strong analytical skills, including experience with tools like Looker, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets, are required, along with a clear communication and strategic thinking ability.

Responsibilities

This role involves owning and operating the entire paid marketing program, encompassing strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization across various channels such as Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, newsletters, podcasts, billboards, and sponsorships. The manager will develop and execute an experimentation roadmap, define and track key metrics, write creative briefs, analyze campaign performance, support major campaign motions, collaborate cross-functionally, and stay current on ad platform changes and benchmarks. The role also includes driving traffic, organization activations, subscriptions, and sales pipeline growth.
