What You’ll Do

  • Full Desk Recruiting: Actively drive full desk recruiting, acting as a project leader on the roles you are running, driving the search forward, identifying blockers and bottlenecks along the interview process, search parameters and/or candidate funnel, and ensuring we are constantly learning and making progress.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial screens with carefully crafted interview questions. Analyze key requirements for roles to craft, conduct, and iterate on questions during the initial recruiter screen stage to surface valuable insights, including evidence of candidates' track record of high performance and whether they exceed our bar on critical skills, traits, and other dimensions for success.
  • Hiring Manager Coaching: Act as a talent coach and advisor to the hiring manager, ensuring a high talent bar and a structured interview process.
  • Difficult Conversations: Manage difficult conversations with hiring teams in a nuanced way, coaching through data and metrics to set reasonable expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Consistently improve the recruiting process.

Pay: The US Based pay for this role is $80/hr.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in the types of searches managed.
  • Functional Expertise: Prior experience recruiting experienced candidates across a wide variety of functions such as product, software engineering, data science, finance, and marketing.
  • Search Management: Prior experience managing and driving progress across multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Performance: Track record of success in a high-velocity, outcome-driven culture.
