Responsibilities

The Lead Technical Recruiter will drive full-desk recruiting as a project leader, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the interview process and candidate funnel. They will conduct thorough initial screens with carefully crafted questions to assess candidate performance and suitability, acting as a talent coach and advisor to hiring managers to maintain a high talent bar and structured interview process. Responsibilities also include managing difficult conversations with hiring teams, coaching through data and metrics, and consistently improving the recruiting process.
