Candidates should possess 7 years or more of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for roles within Sales, Revenue, and Marketing, particularly in the SaaS industry. They must have proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Strong experience working with leaders at all levels, from front-line managers to VPs, is required, alongside expertise in data-driven recruiting practices.
The Senior Sales Recruiter will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid and senior-level positions within the Sales and Marketing organizations, developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build a high-quality candidate pipeline. They will conduct over 20 phone screens per week, executing 360 sourcing outreach efforts quarterly, leading structured interviews with designed interview plans and debriefs, and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. This role involves recording and analyzing market and compensation insights, collaborating closely with business leaders to ensure alignment on role requirements and hiring priorities, utilizing data and analytics to track progress and optimize processes, and ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through diverse interview panels and equitable hiring practices. Finally, the recruiter will manage recruiting autonomously while adhering to established processes and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to streamline the recruiting process and offer strategies.
