Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level positions within our Sales and Marketing organizations. The ideal candidate will develop sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple high-priority requisitions. This is a strategic partner role, requiring close collaboration with business leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent that drives Apollo.io's mission forward.
