The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, conducting detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders, and reviewing applicants. They will develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, source and engage passive candidates, and solicit referrals. Additionally, they will provide candidates with tailored value propositions, prepare them for interviews, and ensure timely updates on their application status. The role involves conducting professional phone interviews, navigating difficult conversations, assessing candidate qualifications against requisition specifications, and considering candidate fit for the team and company culture.
