Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong aptitude for learning new systems are required, along with demonstrated ability to develop and implement research and talent mapping strategies. A Bachelor's degree and experience in physician recruiting or the healthcare industry, as well as Workday or other applicant tracking systems, are preferred.
The Sourcing Specialist-VSP is responsible for interviewing candidates for both hourly and salaried roles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of departmental and organizational strategies. Key duties include conducting initial candidate screenings, administering pre-hire assessments, scheduling interviews, collaborating with recruiters, communicating with candidates, and supporting the offer process. The role also involves assisting with additional recruiting projects and administrative support as assigned.
