Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end hiring for complex, high-impact roles across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define needs, build strategies, and close exceptional candidates
  • Act as the talent lead and advisor in kickoffs, interview loops, debriefs, and offer negotiations
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier, often passive talent through a wide range of modern recruiting tools and creative outreach
  • Deliver crisp, clear, and timely communication to both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process
  • Leverage data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve strategy
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Boom’s values, ambition, and pace - Even the people we choose not to hire should have a great experience with Boom
