Responsibilities

The Lead Onboarding Program Manager will own and evolve the global onboarding strategy to meet business needs and scale for growth. They will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the onboarding program, including facilitation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination, while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. This role involves serving as a lead facilitator for flagship sessions and coaching others to deliver onboarding content effectively. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding is consistent, inclusive, and impactful across regions. They will also lead complex onboarding transformation projects, recommend and implement new policies and practices, and ensure program scalability by anticipating challenges. Additionally, the manager will own the onboarding metrics framework, establish KPIs, track effectiveness, share insights with senior leadership, and develop dashboards and reporting to connect onboarding success to retention, engagement, and productivity outcomes.
