Requirements

The Program Director, Hyperspectral must have experience in business leadership and strategy execution across sales, marketing, product, finance, and legal. Responsibilities

The Program Director is responsible for realizing the full commercial potential of Planet's Hyperspectral business line, ensuring market needs are met with a viable business model and go-to-market strategy. They will coordinate teams and resources across the company, mobilize the salesforce, set strategy for new hyperspectral products, and establish plans to maximize success. This includes ensuring alignment with Planet's commercial, technical, and product roadmaps, developing compelling business cases for constellation growth, and representing the program internally to senior leadership. The role also involves growing, leading, and managing the cross-functional program team to drive mission elements and empower executing teams.
