The Senior Program Manager, Operations Enablement will mentor teams to clarify priorities, build trust, and improve work predictability. This role involves identifying and removing organizational friction, introducing and guiding teams towards better planning, execution, and review processes, and creating clear documentation for new concepts. Additionally, the program manager will identify early signs of team burnout and misalignment and help teams get back on track.
