Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in operations, fundraising, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience within the non-profit sector. Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a team are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Fundraising Operations Manager will be responsible for architecting and scaling CodePath’s fundraising systems and execution, serving as the lead project manager across fundraising deliverables, driving deadline accountability, and owning HubSpot CRM data integrity and reporting. They will translate fundraising strategy into actionable implementation plans and OKR tracking, lead revenue tracking and forecasting, oversee donor pipeline growth and stewardship, and analyze funder/donor trends to refine CodePath’s approach to cultivation and stewardship, while also supporting high-value donor experiences and managing a Development Associate.
