Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field, with a preference for consulting, strategic planning, analytics, or revenue/sales operations, ideally with a pre-sales focus. Proven ability to analyze and present data, build reports, and drive strategic recommendations is essential, along with experience in identifying and implementing operational process improvements and scaling business practices. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Looker, BigQuery, and Excel/Google Sheets is required, as well as experience influencing and collaborating with C-suite and VP-level executives.

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Operations Manager will drive strategic planning, process improvements, and identify growth opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to enhance go-to-market execution, operational efficiency, and growth. This role involves conducting deep-dive analyses into market opportunities, customer data, and sales trends to provide strategic recommendations, supporting strategic planning efforts for revenue, sales pipeline, and territory planning, and developing robust forecasting and reporting frameworks to track key performance metrics. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives and evaluate and refine operational processes to improve team efficiency.
