A total of 8-10 years of experience is required, with customer success experience being preferred. An undergraduate degree or an MBA is also preferred. Exceptional communication skills are necessary to lead and influence across various organizational levels, complemented by outstanding conceptual and strategic thinking abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with robust project management capabilities to drive decisions and results across multiple initiatives simultaneously, are essential. Candidates must demonstrate insatiable curiosity, a willingness to learn, social adeptness with high emotional intelligence, and influencing skills. They should also possess unusually high bandwidth, comfort with aggressive goals, a detail-oriented approach, and be a confident, resourceful self-starter capable of anticipating needs. The Chief of Staff will lead the execution of strategic business initiatives across the Customer Success organization and regularly report on results and progress. They will support the operational cadence of the executive management team on behalf of the CCO and ELT, and contribute to the corporate goal setting process by tracking progress against key strategic goals. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the annual strategic planning process and quarterly reporting as assigned.
