Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is essential. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel for managing and manipulating complex datasets is required, with experience in scripting languages and data management tools like SQL, Python, or R being a plus. Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
The Senior Product Onboarding Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for strategic and complex customers, focusing on transforming investment data for the platform. This role involves guiding clients through data migration, mapping, and optimization, interpreting legal agreements and fund structures across various alternative investments. Responsibilities include executing onboarding projects, driving process and tool innovation, mentoring other Product Onboarding Managers, and serving as a resource for challenging data transformation scenarios. Key duties include building client relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives to improve onboarding workflows, advising on optimal data structures, serving as an escalation point for complex challenges, owning process improvements and tool enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams like Project Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
