Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS B2B environments. A proven track record in building or scaling data-rich or analytics-based products is required, along with a strong understanding of social media platforms, APIs, conversational channels, and customer engagement workflows. The ability to define, prioritize, and execute on high-impact product opportunities, experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, and strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a strong plus. Experience with CX platforms, MarTech tools, support automation suites, social listening tech, sentiment analysis, or NLP is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Lucidya’s Social Listening and Omnichannel Messaging products. Responsibilities include translating complex user needs into clear product opportunities, staying on top of market trends and competitor offerings, and collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to build innovative, AI-enhanced features. The role involves partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure product-market fit, using data to monitor feature adoption and product health, and ensuring the omnichannel experience integrates smoothly across the Lucidya suite. The Product Manager will also serve as the go-to expert for their product area.
