Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of AI agents and agentic AI within health data and AI platforms, with experience in development, product usage, and adapting based on customer feedback. A proven track record of building sophisticated and transformative solutions from discovery to implementation and delivery is required, along with strengths in clear communication and translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will contribute to PointClickCare's vision and strategy for an agentic platform, define and own roadmaps for the agentic platform within the broader AI platform, and drive execution and delivery for agents and agentic AI across the product portfolio. Responsibilities include understanding and representing the needs of users, contributing to the strategy and roadmap for the Agent platform, and building and managing backlogs with data-driven prioritization.
